Conscious Connected Breathwork
A pathway back to the body, the heart, and the deeper intelligence within.
Conscious connected breathwork is a gentle yet profoundly powerful self-healing practice that uses the breath as a bridge — reconnecting us to the body, emotion, spirit, and the deeper layers of ourselves that often become buried beneath the pace and pressure of everyday life.
Breath is one of the few systems in the body that is both automatic and voluntary, making it a unique doorway into transformation. Through intentional breathing patterns, we can begin to soften protective layers, release stored emotion and tension, and access expanded states of awareness, clarity, connection, vitality, and inner truth.
At times, the experience can feel deeply grounding and regulating.
At other times, expansive, emotional, illuminating, cathartic, or profoundly peaceful. Often, it is all of these at once.
Many people come to breathwork seeking support with stress, emotional heaviness, burnout, grief, disconnection, anxiety, chronic holding patterns, or simply a longing to feel more alive, connected, and present within themselves.
This work can support:
- emotional release and energetic movement
- greater clarity and vitality
- deeper embodiment and self-awareness
- expanded perspective and insight
- increased capacity for presence and connection
- access to intuition, creativity, and inner knowing
- a felt sense of openness, aliveness, and peace
Unlike many healing modalities, the breath is always with us. It asks for nothing outside of ourselves. Again and again, it invites us back into relationship with the wisdom already living within the body.
Group Breathwork
There is something profoundly powerful about breathing in a group.
So much of human wounding happens in relationship — in disconnection, isolation, suppression, shame, or the feeling that we must carry everything alone. Group breathwork gently begins to shift this. It creates opportunities to be witnessed in our humanity while also witnessing others in theirs.
Again and again, we watch people arrive guarded, disconnected, uncertain, or emotionally armored, only to soften into a deeper sense of belonging, openness, compassion, and shared humanity through the simple act of breathing together.
There is healing in realizing you are not alone.
Healing in being seen without needing to perform.
Healing in allowing yourself to take up space emotionally, energetically, and relationally.
Our group circles are intentionally created to feel grounded, welcoming, and deeply human. We move together through breath, music, stillness, emotional expression, laughter, vulnerability, and integration — creating spaces where authentic connection can naturally emerge.
Private Sessions
Private breathwork sessions offer a more intimate and individualized experience.
These sessions allow for deeper one-on-one support and can be especially helpful for those moving through significant life transitions, emotional processing, chronic stress patterns, grief, trauma, health challenges, or for those who simply feel more comfortable exploring this work in a private setting.
Private sessions may weave together breathwork, somatic inquiry, body awareness, intuitive guidance, energetic support, and integration practices depending on the needs of the individual.
The pace is slower, more personalized, and uniquely shaped around what your system is asking for in the moment.
If you feel called toward a more individualized experience, reach out to Erica or Robin directly to begin the conversation around booking a private session.
Our Approach
Our approach to breathwork is deeply informed by somatic awareness, body-based healing, relational attunement, and the understanding that each person unfolds differently.
We are not interested in forcing catharsis or pushing people into overwhelming experiences. Rather, our intention is to create grounded and supportive spaces where people can safely soften into deeper honesty, emotional expression, self-awareness, and connection.
Sessions typically begin with introductions, intention setting, and a brief teaching before moving into the breath itself. Throughout the experience, participants are guided and supported through music, facilitator presence, touch (when appropriate and consented to), and spaciousness for whatever may emerge.
We close each session with integration and optional sharing, allowing space for reflection, connection, and grounding before returning into daily life.
Breathwave
We use the BREATHWAVE technique developed by Robin Clements — a conscious connected breathing practice designed to support emotional processing, expanded awareness, embodiment, vitality, and transformation.
This approach combines intentional breathing patterns with music, presence, somatic awareness, and relational support to create experiences that are both powerful and deeply human.
