Conscious connected breathwork is a gentle yet powerful self-healing practice that helps you tap into your inner healer; that part of you that wants expansion and growth. By using this relaxed but thorough breathing technique, you can experience a range of benefits, including:

Our sessions typically start with introductions and a brief check-in with the group. We then provide a short teaching segment, followed by a demonstration of the technique. After that, we will dive into the breathwork! We conclude with a closing share, allowing participants to integrate their experiences together.
