Sacred Medicine Ceremonies
Powerful Allies & Transformative Tools
Sacred medicines are coming into the forefront more and more as powerful allies and transformative tools that can get deeper results than traditional western medicine approaches, or work in conjunction with the allopathic model (let’s not throw the baby out with the bathwater!). Especially when it comes to mental health and addictions. This has certainly been the case for us, and we have seen how important it is to bring a lot of support into medicine work for exactly this reason. They are powerful. This is not work that we would ever suggest stepping into on one’s own, or without a lot of support around you for the integration process.
At Conches we have teamed up with other local gifted and experienced healers and medicine workers to offer you group ceremonies and integration protocols so that you can step into these experiences feeling well held and supported for the work ahead.
Psilocybin
Beneath the surface, mycelium—an expansive network of fungal threads—functions as a living tapestry of connection. This “Wood Wide Web” nurtures the forest and connects trees and plants in a harmonious dance of life. It reflects our own interconnectedness with nature and one another. By connecting with this underground network, we can tap into a deeper spiritual awareness and rediscover our place within the natural world.
Psilocybin is a powerful, sacred substance that many have turned to for deep healing and transformation. This mystical compound can reach the most profound parts of our psyche, offering relief from depression, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction. It opens doors to altered states of consciousness, allowing us to address and heal emotional wounds that traditional therapies might not reach.
Uncommon Ground – a retreat
Uncommon Ground is a three-night immersive retreat and ceremonial journey into the liminal — a space where certainty softens, truth becomes multi-dimensional, and deeper listening begins.
Held in a small, intimate group and guided by a multidisciplinary team of four experienced facilitators, this retreat weaves together psilocybin ceremony, somatic practices, breathwork, relational exploration, and play. Together, we create a grounded and human container that supports honest inquiry, nervous system regulation, and meaningful connection — with self, with others, and with what is emerging beneath the surface.
At the heart of Uncommon Ground is a reverent psilocybin ceremony, thoughtfully prepared and held within the arc of the weekend. Participants are guided by a carefully curated soundscape — a musical journey designed to support inner exploration and emotional flow, incorporating sound, silence, and instrumentation. Individualized facilitator support is available throughout the ceremony, offering attuned presence and process support when needed.
Preparation and integration are integral to this work. In the weeks leading up to the retreat, participants take part in preparation calls and somatic preparation practices designed to support safety, clarity, and readiness — helping you arrive grounded, resourced, and open.
Following the retreat, we gather again for a group integration call, along with additional practices to support ongoing reflection and embodiment at your own pace. Each participant also receives the opportunity to book one one-on-one integration session with one of the facilitators (first-come, first-serve based on availability). This session is to be used within three months of the retreat and is included as part of your participation (a $200 value).
Across our days together, we move between stillness and expression, depth and lightness — supported by nourishing meals, shared reflection, and time in nature. This is not an escape from life, but a return to what is essential: embodied truth, relational presence, and the intelligence that unfolds when we slow down and listen.
Uncommon Ground is an invitation to step off the well-worn path and meet yourself — and one another — in a place that is honest, alive, and deeply human.
Kambo Ceremony
Erica holds intimate personal or small group Kambo ceremonies that are thoughtfully designed to support deep community healing. These ceremonies are lovingly held in a beautiful and safe space, infused with strong feminine energy that nurtures and brings a nice balance to the Yang energy of the Kambo medicine.
With 27 bio-active peptides, Kambo has the capacity to balance your body’s systems, greatly aid the strengthening of your immune system, and deeply support your self-empowerment with Kambo’s natural intelligence of upleveling your inner and outer boundary work.
In each small group ceremony participants are guided through the process, where small burn marks are made on the skin to apply the Kambo secretion. This allows the medicine to enter the body, initiating a profound cleansing experience that can clear physical, emotional, and energetic blockages.
As the ceremony unfolds, participants often experience a release that leads to greater spiritual clarity and a renewed sense of well-being. The environment created by Erica ensures that everyone feels supported and held, making the ceremony not just a healing journey, but also a deeply connecting and transformative experience.
Kambo is not a psychedelic. Group ceremonies last about 4hrs.
